I have loved music ever since I can remember. I decided singing and violin were going to be my thing since I was 6 years old. I began my handbell journey, however, in 2013 by participating in my church handbell choir, and since then I have rung in several handbell choirs. I graduated from Concordia University, Irvine in 2017, and have played under the directors Herbert Geisler, Nancy Jessup, Donavon Gray, and Alex Guebert. During my time in college, I also studied solo handbells and was a part of a quartet. In July of 2017, I played at the Handbell Musicians of America's National Seminar as a part of the Concert Handbells of Concordia and also assisted in teaching a class at the seminar created by Nancy Jessup. Since moving to the Tri-Cities, I knew I wanted to find a handbell group that would be fun and challenging, and that's why I joined Bells of the Desert. I'm grateful and blessed to be ringing with such talented musicians each week.
